Sharing My Thoughts

I think I've posted something like this before, but anyway, small chances you remember anyway. Therefore I'm going to talk about it again.

Back then in high school, there was one subject that I thought was the most useless. It's called CB or Character Building. Why did I think so? Because I think it taught nothing about building a character. All the teacher talked about was about bible and God and how we all have to follow what the bible said. Little did I know that these two things - God and character - are so closely related.

One's character cannot be parted from one's belief. It is true that some people have good attributes in them even though they're non believers or atheist. The thing is, whether you like it or not, your characters are rooted to one fundamental principle, and that this particular principle that will build you as a person. Most of us subconsciously live our life in ways that suit our principle. Yes, you can live your life without knowing your fundamental principle.

I guess what we all need to do to 'grow up' is to first, finding out a fundamental principle to live by, and second, to hold on to your belief. I can't tell people that Christian is the best and the only right religion/belief. Well I can but then it would mean I don't appreciate others opinions and beliefs. And I do respect and appreciate it. So, as long as it is not Satanism, get closer to it. If somehow you find the teachings are too complicated, too weird, or anything, you can always choose another principle. But it is highly advisable for you to just come and try Jesus. It's worth your whole life :)
