Yet Another One

Another new thing that I tried recently: Yoga. HAHAHAHA

I think I should change my blog's address to realnewexperience.blogspot.com or daretotry.blogspot.com or something else. Coz lately, I was like trying all these kind of new things. This one is not just a yoga, by the way, it was a Hattha Yoga - it's a hot yoga, actually, they just put it that way in the brochure.

I went with my always-the-perfect-companion, Cewi, and Cita's friend, Devi - which was a little weird because Cita was in Home-country. Anyway, we went for 5.30 avro class, and the yoga teacher was beautiful and hot!!

But I'm telling you, all this time I was dreaming to be like, a cool yoga practitioner, but yoga was trying to kill me. Well, not, but it was SOO HOOTTT I could not barely breathe, and even though I did, the smell was so unbearable to me. There was this one guy who stood in front of me and he was sweating all over the place. He wore a tight swimming pants!! And the pants wet! Cewi even noticed someone - by accident, of course - scratching his, um, **lls!! WTF!

And the move, the posture,.. ARRGGHHH!! It's killing me with each new movements. Now my back is hurt, and my knees are hurt, and my hands are shaking. And they are all in pain because of Yoga. But it did me good, as always. At least when the teacher told us to just lie down it really felt calm and quiet and I just wanted to sleep.

But the teacher said that the point of Yoga is staying awake - she also mentioned that the word Buddha from 'The Buddha' itself means awake. So I had to keep my eyes open, even though my eyelids are heavy and I swear, at some point of the time, the teacher's voice started to faint.

I hate Yoga.

But I still gonna do it. LOL. I paid for this!! Besides the teacher also said all the benefits of practicing Yoga and if you want to be like completely healthy, you have to do yoga everyday - yeah, every single day - for ten years. DUHH! Even the teacher has got a few years left. I was like, in the zero position of a timeline. Whatevs, I prolly gonna do it again on Friday. :)
