This is my 185th post. I write more than last year, and it's not even half of the second year. Gee, I must be really a lazy person last year. However, I also notice that many of my blogger-mates (despite the failed one, Wilson) have posted less and lesser. Why?
I believe the idea of making a blog comes from the enjoyment of writing, tell me if I am wrong. I happen to really appreciate the process of writing, each combined with the time when I was thinking what I wanted to write - which often failed to be written here - and also how I came across to convert things on my mind to words you can read.
I am reading John Connolly's Book of Lost Things now and I am very much happy with this book. It really proves to me that Harry's taste of literature is better than Tiwi (she was trying to convince me it is a boring book, which it is not). Not that I ever doubt your literary acknowledge, Har. I will always prefer your preference than some ordinary novels that packaged with different covers but having quiet the same content, with different names and author - the plots are always the same.
With no intention to insult anyone's taste of literacy, but doesn't anyone feel sick about a story of a bad boy who fell in love with an ordinary yet cute girl, who apparently changed his life purpose hence he became the best boy ever and they got together? Oh and there will be mean girls, those who wanted him and trapped the good girl in many lies and conspiracy. *yawn*
Sorry, but like Snow White would say, 'Booooorrrrrrrinnnggg....'
I love writing. Sometimes I can hear voices in my head speak fluently of anything, just commenting and I would think, 'I should post exactly like this later on,' but eventually, I never really got it the same way. So I think I'm the only one who can read the best of my works. ;)
Harry and I were bbm-ing today. I think it has become a routine now, and we do it daily, regardless for the time differences (It sucks, you know?). Our conversation today had encouraged me to think of something. I'm going to write a story, romance one. And I will try as hard to keep it as original and not boorrriinng. Then maybe, just maybe, I could be the next Stephenie Meyer, or Meg Cabot, since she's my fave novelist. :D
PS. Where are you guys when you're not posting; eating nachos?

SPOILER ALERT! DO NOT READ THIS PART IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE SPOILED WITH ROLAND'S STORY!
SPOILER ALERT!SPOILER ALERT!
SPOILER ALERT!SPOILER ALERT!
I know why tiwi doesn't like The Book of Lost Things. Because the only love story is between Roland and, I forgot his name.
Yeap, you read it right, HIS name.
END OF SPOILER!
END OF SPOILER!
anyway, tiwi probably loves the kind of chicklit that has a girl, who's no one and like the one who got bullied.. and she fell in love with the 'jock' of the school. She tried to change herself so much for that jock to paid attention to her.
But eventually the jock confessed that he liked her the way she was. And they live happily ever after.
Yawn.
